Kelly did a great job with the whole process. She took care of everything that needed to be done. I was so impressed that I have her listing another one of my properties. Kelly provided guidance on the market and the correct selling point. This was a rental condo, so Kelly worked with my maintenance people to get all the work completed. The only think that I had to do was show up at closing and collect my check the whole process was great.
